I bought one of these brushes some time ago as part of my Elf experiment - can their products really be any good even though they're £1.50 each? Well, for the most part yes! However, even though I love some of their other brushes, this particular purchase was not a good one. The lip defining brush is the same design as all of Elf's brushes - a plain white handle stating what type of brush it is and bristles held in place by a metal band. Simple and practical rather than high class, but that's the kind of gal I am! Like many lip brushes, it had a stiff point when I got it. (Note the word "had", it will crop up later).
