~About E.L.F~
Eyes Lips Face (ELF for short) first started in New York in 2004, by American celebrity and beauty professional Scott-Vincent Borba (the man who founded Hard Candy's cosmetics line in 1995 in LA).

ELF provides cosmetics for as little as £1.50 and their mineral makeup up to £3.50

They manage to keep their prices low by not using high prices advertising.
Rather they use the Internet for branding and word of mouth.

To say the cosmetics are cheap doesn't mean they skimp on ingredients.
ELF are said to use the best ingredients for their cosmetics.

ELF has been named in many TV shows and magazines including, GMTV, This Morning, Hello Magazine, Marie Claire, Glamour, Grazia, The Times and many more.

ELF came to England on 27th November 2007 and they have not looked back. It is ran by brother and sister Neil Phillips and Jo Westlake, from ELF HQ in Swansea.

~About the Product ~
ELF's mineral eyeshadow's have been seen in Bliss Magazine and was featured in their mineral makeup section.

They come in 18 colours and range from everything you could want in a colour range. They have dark smoky eye, earthy tones all the way to light pink/highlighter shades.

With vitamins A & B, these eyeshadows hydrate the delicate eye area. They can be worn dry or wet for a more dramatic effect, together or alone.They are easy to apply and to blend. ELF's mineral eyeshadow are 100% mineral based with no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes

~Packaging~
It comes in a little pot like the Duo Cream Eyeshadows. They come in a 0.9g pot, which is a lot for the tiny amount you need.

At the bottom of the pot there is a sticker telling you what you need to know like the name of the colour, when to use by, which is 24 months. Their packaging is also recyclable.

~Personal Review~
I have been on ELF's site a bit and bought bits and bobs but never bought anything from their mineral range except for a few months ago. I thought I would give them a try and I bought 2 shades from their eyeshadow collection called Earthy, which is a lovely green colour with silver shimmer and I bought Celebrity, which is a beautiful gold silver shimmery colour. Both look absolutely amazing on.

I used them with a primer, at first I used them dry and the colour is just brilliant so pigmented, glides on with ease and lasts all day until I take it off at night. I used the Earthy tone at night and I used it wet. Again it was brilliant, the colour was amazing and lasted all night until I took it off.

I cant believe how good they are and for £2.50 who can complain? When I use them my eyes look great and defiantly stand out and make a statement.

They have some great colours since I bought my two so I will be going back and buying some more.

Would I buy again?
