E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick

~About E.L.F~
Eyes Lips Face (ELF for short) first started in New York in 2004, by American celebrity and beauty professional Scott-Vincent Borba (the man who founded Hard Candy's cosmetics line in 1995 in LA).

ELF provides cosmetics for as little as £1.50 and their mineral makeup up to £3.50

They manage to keep their prices low by not using high prices advertising. Rather they use the Internet for branding and word of mouth.

To say the cosmetics are cheap doesn't mean they skimp on ingredients.
ELF are said to use the best ingredients for their cosmetics.

ELF has been named in many TV shows and magazines including, GMTV, This Morning, Hello Magazine, Marie Claire, Glamour, Grazia, The Times and many more.

ELF came to England on 27th November 2007 and they have not looked back. It is ran by brother and sister Neil Phillips and Jo Westlake, from ELF HQ in Swansea.

~Personal Review~
When I did my first purchase of ELF's makeup I noticed they had a mineral section, which is very reasonable priced, so I thought I would give one of their lipsticks ago. I bought Pouty Petal. Pouty Petal on a swatch at the back of my hand is a soft sheer pink colour but on the lips it looks a little darker but not a horrible colour it is actually really flattering on and surprising it lasts a long time on.
I also found this lipstick to be moisturising like they say, glides on and feels lovely. You would never think I paid £3.50 for it as it looks more expensive in the packaging and on the lips.

After that I decided to buy another mineral lipstick from there range and I bought there new addition called Nicely Nude. This colour was released at the same time of their Studio Line. Nicely Nude is again a nice delicate sheer pink colour, I would say more of a pink than Pouty Petal. But on the lips it does look more nude. I wouldn't say nude as in Barry M 101 or any other nude lipsticks in that line but a wash of delicate colour. Perfect for any occasion and with makeup worn.
In their range their mineral lipsticks go from nude (Nicely Nude) to a plum red (Prime Plum) they also have peach colours down to royal red's. There is a colour to suite everyone's taste.

I have bought more expensive lipsticks in the past and some times I don't dare wear them because of their price but this its a brilliant price with great pay off at the end of it.

What more could a woman ask for? Go on you know you want to.

~Would I buy again?~
Defiantly

Summary: A great lipstick that I would be happy to purchase again and again
