After my recent review about E.L.F I thought it might be time to review some of the actual products. E.L.F Plumping Lip Glaze is one of the items I purchased and claims to "use natural ingredients to stimulate your senses to a refreshed full perfect pout" without stinging. I've tried a couple of the plumping lipglosses and really don't like the stinging sensation you get after you've applied them. Usually I just remove them because it's annoying so a plumping lipgloss that doesn't sting seemed like an excellent idea. The item was of course a measly £1.50 and I chose the Champagne colour which is very similar to the picture above. There are 8 ... Read the complete review

~The Company~ Eyeslipsface.co.uk is the sister site to american eyeslipsface.com. It is an online shopping site for makeup and cosmetics, and is sometimes referred to as ELF (eyes lips face). Its main claim / attraction is that (almost) everything is £1.50! In america it is cheaper still at $1 per item! The ELF company has only been shipping to the UK since November 2007, but is already very popular. ~What the website says about Plumping Lip Glaze~ Forget costly Collagen injections, or those painfully stinging glosses, stimulate your senses to a refreshed full perfect pout with e.l.f. Now i dont have tiny lips but neither am i blessed with Angelina Jolie's pout. So i decided to give this ago. I have tried one lip plumper before to great effect (Too faced lip injection) but it hurt. For £1.50 i thought id give E.L.F a try! What ELF say: They say that we can forget collagen injections and painfully stinging glosses. Natural ingredients are used to add a natural plumping effect. What you get: 2 lip glosses. The clear side has the plumping natural ingredients. You also get a coloured gloss. I ordered fire coral, a beautiful light pink coral shade. The cost is £1.50. What i thought: When you put the clear ... Read the complete review

E.L.F (eyes, lips, face) is an American company that have started trading in the UK via their website, www.eyeslipsface.co.uk. Everything they sell is extremely cheap - most things cost £1.50, including this particular lip gloss. They claim that their ability to sell their products so cheap is down to reducing packaging and relying on word-of-mouth to gain customers to the site, rather than advertising. This lip gloss has 2 ends - one with colour, the other the clear 'plumping' ingredient. There isn't much product in the tubes, and having the apply both ends is a bit of a faff. I don't know why they wouldn't mix both ends together. When you apply the plumping ... Read the complete review

I got the pack of 5 plumping lip glaze's from a friend for Christmas - they retail at around £8 making each lip gloss £1.60. This costs more than if you were to buy them individually at £1.50 each, but you do get a free makeup bag. However, I do not use this bag as it is too filmsy and not very cute! The colours in the set are: Oasis Fire Coral Champagne Plum Pout Baby Doll This is a nice selection of colours - one end of the gloss is the plumper which is pretty much clear, it really tingles when applied - so feels like its working - even if it isn't! Baby doll is my favourite as it is a pale peachy coral and they all have a great, ... Read the complete review
