... many reviews. I'm a bit of a make up junkie and it is even better when it is cheap. The shimmering facial whip comes in several different shades, I ordered Pink Lemonade. I have to say it is a must multi purpose make up item for anybodys bag. It can be applied to eyes, lips or cheeks. I am quite pale so I mix it with my foundation to put on my cheeks and it adds a subtle healthy glow. I discovered Elf - Eyes Lips Face about 3 or 4 months ago. At first I did not buy anything as I was unsure of the quality as most products retail at between £1.50- £2, so I didn't think they would be any good at all.
