... Packaging :: The packaging for this, of course, is a pen! I'd say it's about as long as your typical biro, but it kind of curves in the middle (the pen has a waist!) so you can get a good grip. The lid just pulls off - yep, just like a pen. - to reveal the eyeliner applicator which reminds me of the tips on the Berol felt tip pens you used at school! Apart from this is about 1cm long with a rather fine tip for more precise applications. The packaging is completely black bar a very sleek looking silver font that just reads 'el...more

I can happily go without most makeup products, but the only one that really leaves my face feeling naked if I don't use it is Liquid Eyeliner. So when I was browsing on the E.L.F website and saw this pen I thought it was worth a try - it's in a compact pen and would fit perfectly into my 'on the go' makeup bag. And it's only £1.50, so I popped it into my basket. :: The Pen + Promises :: E.L.F say this pen is a 'no smudge, no budge eyeliner' and promise it will last for hours after useage giving you a 'fabulous and fresh' look all day long. The Eyeliner comes in 5 colours - Black, Brown, Midnight (blue), Ash (grey) and Plum - There are swatches ...  Read the complete review

Normally I wear khol eyeliner along the lid of the my eyes but during the summer I decided to try this waterproof eyeliner pen from E.L.F (www.eyeslipsface.co.uk) to try and prevent any smudging or running due to the hot weather. The pen cost me £1.50 as most of E.L.F's products do and once it arrived I put it to work! The pen comes in standard packaging on a piece of card and is the same size as a biro. It tells us the pen has "a new improved formula" and "smooth glide applicator" and is "long wearing waterproof eyeliner". On the back it says "get no smudge, no budge eyeliner that lasts hours" so I was expecting this ...  Read the complete review
