E.L.F Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

I bought this along with loads of other e.l.f products in an attempt to cut back on the amount of money I had been spending on cosmetics. As with most other e.l.f products, it costs just £1.50. It comes in a black plastic 'jar' type bottle. The lid is in the form of a long handle which screws into the top of the jar. At the other end of the handle is the applicator tip, which is like a felt pen style brush tip. I have the grey and the black of these and so far they remind me of the W7 liquid eyeliner in the fact that they dry to a strange plastic-y finish almost like glue! This seriously puts me off the product as if you rub your eyes during the day it will not smudge your eyeliner but can peel it off your eye completely! They are, however, very easy to apply with a nice, precise felt tip style applicator. There is a decent amount in the bottle and they do not seem to dry up (I accidentally left the brush and bottle separate over night and it didnt dry out).
