Advantages: No colour cast, lovely natural finish, loads of uses, easy to blend, excellent price

Disadvantages: Not suitable for all skintones and skintypes.

This is a review of Elf All Over Colour Stick in Spotlight - £1.50

Packaging:
The product comes in a white cylindrical container with a clear cap which allows you to easily see the colour of the product. The text is in grey/silver on the side. On removing the cap, the product can be twisted up to reveal the stick of colour - this one is in a white/ivory colour. The packaging is not particularly impressive but is nice and compact.

Advantages:
I think the colour of this product is well developed. It is incrediby sheer and is colourless on the skin, showing only a sheen. This is great as sometimes having a highlight with a gold, blue or yellow cast can clash with different skin tones and blushes.
The finish on the skin is brilliant! It is a cream formula which melts into the skin, looks beautiful and is incredibly natural as there are no large glitter particles. I find this particularly good for my dry skin.
Due to the colour i chose, spotlight, i can not only use this as a lips, eyes and cheek product but also to highlight the inner corner of the eye, under and above the brow bone, on the cheek bone, down the centre of the nose, above the cupids bow and a little on the chin.
The product is easy to work with as it is not difficult to blend out. It can be applied straight from the stick for a thicker application or using your finger for a sheerer more buildable application. It melts and blends easily with just the right amount of pigment.
The price, obviously, is excellent too. Furthermore, you get lots of product for your money.

Disadvantages:
Some people may feel it has a messy application because it is a cream product. However, if you like cream products and are happy to use them i doubt that you will find any issue with this product's application.
The main problem with this product is its universality. It is possible that it is not suitable for all skintones or all skintypes. The colour may be seem a little ashy on darker skin tones (I have a fairly pale skintone) and if you have oily skin you may not want to apply a creamy product to the face - particularly as this is more sticky than liquid (hence it is in a stick formula).

Overall: Worth your time and money, at least to try it. I was really pleasantly suprised!

Summary: Can't fault this, a win for ELF!
