... really lock my makeup so it doesn't budge? I honestly don't know, it does nt make it more vivid as it states on the website. I have recently changed to eyeshadow I am wearing and i use a high quality eyelid primer either of which could be causing the effect. I still feel that I need to top up my makeup nearing the end of the day. If you have ever bought from elf or read one of the hundreds of reviews of them online, you will know how low priced they are. They also have a couple of 50% off sakes a year making them even better. After using hairspray to seal my makeup for most of my adult life I decided to try this. First of all the packaging is very classic making it look more expensive than it is the quality of the brush is amazing but does it really lock my makeup so it doesn't budge?
