After months of searching for the perfect mascara a friend recommended Elizabeth Arden Defining Mascara. I find it applies exceptionall well and never clumps. It gives an even coverage and highlights lashes without overloading them. Although it is expensive - in the region of 25.00 euro, I think it is worth every penny as it doesnt flake or cause irratation to sensitive eyes - its hypoalergenic and suitalbe for people who wear contac lenses.. The only drawback is that some people may find this mascara too light especially for a night time look. The packaging is pretty uneventful but the product does exactly as it is meant to without any promises of extra long lashes ...

I got my first Elizabeth Arden "Defining Mascara" from a gift set. I have found it to be the best mascara that I've ever tried. It goes on really smoothly and most importantly does not clump. My lashes do not stick together and remain separate. It is quite expensive but I do believe that you should spend a little bit more when it comes to make-up for the eye area. It doesn't make your eyelashes look amazingly long but it does give them a bit of definition. I also wear contact lenses and usually have problems with mascara falling into them, but not with this one. The best bit is that at the end of the day, this mascara doesn't flake off, ...

I love Elizabeth Arden products, especially the eye shadows and fragrances, so I was really pleased when I bought a lucky-dip make-up parcel and found inside a handbag sized sampler of Elizabeth Arden Defining Mascara in black. To be honest, I had never bought an E A mascara before because having sensitive eyes, I did not want to fork out a lot of money, only to find that I could not wear it. The first thing I noticed when I applied the mascara was that my eyes felt really dry in the inside corners. then they started to burn quite badly and I had to wash them in cold water.
