I always wear mascara and always choose a waterproof one as I take my two year old swimming twice a week and I can guarentee that if I leave the house without an umbrella it will rain. So when my usual brand of waterproof mascara ran out I decided to give another brand a go.
On reading the product description Rimmels Exaggerate Extra Volume Waterproof Mascara sounded perfect. Mother nature diidn't give me long luscious lashes so the idea of having triple volume lashes sounded ideal and the fact that it claims to be waterproof was a bonus.
Well on first application it went on evenly with no clumping, it was easy to apply and my lashes looked great...and then I went swimming...bad idea. My daughter splashed me in the face a few times and when I emerged from the pool I looked like a panda.
I can honestly say that this is the worst waterproof mascara I've ever tried and am so disgusted that Rimmel have the cheek to claim it's waterproof when it definitly isn't that I'm going to write to Rimmel to complain.
This has to be the worst £3.99 I've ever spent.
