I first came across this a few weeks before going on holiday. A friend had told me about getting her eyelashes dyed so that when she was on holiday she did not have to worry about makeup in the day but still looked half decent. She had had it done professionally but I didn't have time for that so I had a look around for a Do it yourself kit I could use at home when I did have the time and I came across this.
This was the only one I could find so it was an easy buy because I was in a rush and had nothing to compare it to but I was encouraged to read that it lasted for 45days! Brilliant I thought I can do it before holiday and if needs be get it corrected but if it goes well it will last! Its very easy to do and the instructions were very easy to follow.
In the box you get a tube of dye, a small bottle of activating solution, a pair of gloves, a mixing bowl, mascara wand, and protective pads for your eye lid and under the eye to avoid stains etc.
All you do is gently rub some petroleum jelly (like Vaseline) around the eyelids and then place a protective pad under and on the eyelid. You then mix the solution together and apply to the eye lashes and if desired eyebrows evenly. You leave on for 5-10minutes (1-2minutes only for eyebrows) and remove using warm water and that's it, simple as that!
They look amazing they look like they do when I have mascara on only slightly more natural! I love them so much that even after my holiday I did it again and often don't bother with mascara unless I am going out! It makes you look and feel so much nicer without makeup and with so little hassle!
I bought this at boots it cost £6.99 but can also be purchased at most supermarkets and chemists. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone either going on holiday or just for less hassle in the morning it takes no longer than 15minutes and I am so glad I tried it!
(Please make sure you do the 48hour skin test it is not worth the risk)
