      Gold & Silver Eye Crayons

*As I seem to be writing this in many reviews today before I even start I have to say the product I own looks nothing like the one in the picture but I will write about the appearance of "Front Cover Eye Pencils" in my review should you want to buy them afterwards.*

I got these earlier this year in a big Front Cover giftset that I got for my birthday - a giftset which I did review quite some time ago. But I have to admit none of the products in the set really wowed me...that is until I started using these and I was absolutely amazed at how easy and simple they are to use and apply. Since then Ive been using these pencils on pretty much every night out Ive been on and been looking for them in shops - sadly I cant find them. =[

As I mentioned I did get these as part of a giftset and as yet I have never seen them sold individually which really is a shame as these are one of the best products Ive EVER used and there have been a lot believe me. I personally have two of these pencils in Silver & Gold which are great for nights out as the colours are really sparkly and vivid but maybe not so suited for daytime. If anyone finds these sold online or in a shop let me know as I really do want to buy loads more!

These pencils are grey/silver in colour with Front Cover written donw the one side in white lettering. They are small and chunky rather than long and that makes them easy to hold and use when it comes to application. And obviously as these are pencils like eyeliner they will need to be burnt & sharpened eventually. To apply these you literally colour in your eyelids and just scribble all over them until you have a bold, even block of colour SOOO much simpler than applying pressed or loose powder eyeshadow and so much quicker as well. It does take some getting used to as the feeling of colouring in your eyelids does feel quite strange but if I could I would use these all the time. They can also be used as top eyeliner by simply drawing a line across the top of your eye.

These pencils can be used together for a metallic two-tone effect or layered up over the Shimmer Pots I wrote a review on earlier but they do actually look quite good on their own. I dont think they are suited to daywear as much as they are glittery and shimmery but I have been known to wear the Gold coloured one when Im going out. I strongly recommend if you can find them as they are easy to apply and look really great the only bad thing I can think of is that they arent widely available and sadly for that reason I have to knock off a star. Highly recommended though if you can find them.

      Thanks For Reading
