This make-up has become an essential part of my beauty products that I use regularly. I have first purchased it several months ago on yet another impulse buy. There is a blue liquid and a white liquid, before use you have to shake the bottle to mix the two well together. The blue liquid is the make up removing oil and the white liquid is the cleansing water, so the two need to be mixed together well.
