The product also claims to do this without leaving a residue on the skin, but instead leaving it feeling soft and supple. One inconvenience I did find with this product is that, if you're using this to remove makeup, you're most likely going to use more than one or two cotton pads. Why is this inconvenient? Because the two liquids quickly re...more

This 2 in 1 Makeup remover by Garnier Skin Naturals, claims to remove even waterproof makeup with a formula that combines the efficacy of a makeup removing oil and the freshness of a cleansing water in one gentle product. This cleanser contains plant extract and Pro-vitamin B5 to remove traces of makeup, whilst leaving the skin feeling soothed and gently cleansed. Also this doesn't contain any perfume or alcohol, therefore making it perfect for sensitive skin as there's no harsh ingredients to upset the skin. The product comes in a 200ml clear plastic bottle so you can easily see how much product you have left. The liquid is watery in texture, with the top half of the ...  Read the complete review

This make-up has become an essential part of my beauty products that I use regularly. I have first purchased it several months ago on yet another impulse buy. It has also benn on offer which was another reason for purchasing it. I use make-up on a daily basis including weekends so go through a lot of make-up remover and use on a daily basis. Whilst I am not fussed which make up remover I use, I have become really fond of using this one. I always buy it on half-price sale and so it is really good value for money for me for a good quality product. ***The Packaging*** The lotion comes in a 200ml plastic bottle with the flip top lid. Bottle is light blue in ...  Read the complete review

The thing about wearing non-transferable or waterproof make-up is that you need a good make-up remover to take it off with. I like make-up that will stay put from when I put it on in the morning until I take it off at night, so I need a good make-up remover. When I saw the Garnier 2 in 1 for £2.50 at Morrison's (at time of purchase), I thought I'd give it a go. PACKAGING DESCRIPTION This product forms part of Garnier's "Simply Essentials" Range and comes in a 200ml bottle that is rectangular with rounded sides and shoulders, and a flip top cap that covers the opening where you dispense the product. On the front, it tells you it ...  Read the complete review

Garnier make up remover contains plant extract and soothing pro-vitamin B5 in a 2 in 1 formula. There is a blue liquid and a white liquid, before use you have to shake the bottle to mix the two well together. The blue liquid is the make up removing oil and the white liquid is the cleansing water, so the two need to be mixed together well. This is designed for use on both eye make up and any other make up, however I only use this on my eyes and use another cleanser afterwards for the rest of my face. I find a residue is left around my eyes so would not like to use this all over my face. The bottle The bottle is clear plastic and 200ml, it is quite a simple ...  Read the complete review

Garnier Simply Essentials 2 in 1 Make-Up Remover: Adequate, But Lacks Sparkle (754 words)

Buying make-up remover on the high street can be a bit of a minefield. Some are just for "eye make-up", some contain alcohol or fragrances, and some are way too expensive for a poor old students budget. Over the last year I have tried 3/4 different brands. My latest make-up remover was actually bought for me by my Mum, so I had some at home and didn't need to cart my current one back from uni with me. Claims: Garnier Skin Naturals with plant extract + pro vitamin B5, claims to be a 2 in 1 make-up remover, containing no perfume and alcohol, and is also suitable for sensitive skin.
