An essential item to create an illuminated, three dimensional face in the unique layered style of Armani.
Bluntly put, this should be described as a 'liquid highlighter', providing effects similar to that of Benefit's High Beam or Moon Beam. However, after using it you will immediately realise that it is so much more than just a simple highlighter as (rather sadly) reflected in the price.
This highlighter has a shelf life of 12 months, however, so given its volume of 30ml, I would say it matches the brute volume only comparable to that of Mac Pigments. In all honesty, this would last for about 3 years.
The texture of this product is so soft and silky and I am almost irritated that 'soft and silky' are the only words that seem to be able to describe this divine texture. Given its feathery light texture, it is a wonder how it exudes its brilliant shimmer, albeit very sheer.
Compared to the famous highlighters from Benefit, Armani Fluid Sheer provides finer shimmer and thus dramatically reduces the chance you will end up looking like some cyber metallic robot. This also means that it does not get caught in the pores - wear it on your cheeks with confidence!
This product can be used under the foundation, layered on top of the foundation or even mixed with the foundation in 7:3 (foundation:fluid sheer) ratio. When wearing just as a highlighter, it can also function as a blush or for shading since some of the colours in the line are more pigmented. (for example, no.2)
When mixed with the foundation, the fluid sheer adds gentle complexion as well as providing moisture so as to keep the skin from drying out.
