Although not defined here, Armani lipstick comprises of three different types: Silk Lipstick, Shine Lipstick and Sheer Lipstick. It should be pretty self explanatory that all three types serve different purposes with their specific result.
Silk Lipstick (as its name might rightfully suggest) has a very light and creamy texture, inspired from the sleek fabric. Truthfully speaking, not many lipsticks will kill two birds (namely the light texture and vivid colour) but Armani's Silk Lipstick does so nonetheless. This is also surprising long lasting; you will be able to still see the colour after dining. Silk Lipstick has a variety of collections with a theme colour each: for example, "The Pinks and Plums", "The Reds" etc.
Shine Lipstick, on the other hand, adds a dash of delicate sparkle to your lips with its light reflecting formula. The highly moisturising texture also serves to give comfort to the lips. The case of the Shine Lipsticks are distinguishable from Silk Lipstick in that they are matte compared to Silk Lipstick's shiny black ones. Just adds a variety to your make up table.
Sheer Lipstick offers gentle colouring which creates different nuances depending on the changing light. It quite literally glides on your lips and is highly glossy; even comparable to other lip glosses.
All Armani Lipsticks goes on extremely smoothly and well, without lumping. Although, given its moisture content, it does not raise the dry skin on the lips, Shine Lipstick (being the moistest formula) may get caught in the fine lines from time to time. Using a lip brush meticulously should solve this problem.
