GOSH eyeliners are one of my best make up finds. I'm always sceptical of products that claim to be long lasting as they often don't live up to their promises but these really do.
The eyeliners come in a wide variety of colours from standard black to yellows and greens. They are housed in a smart black pencil format.
They are very soft and therefore easy to apply and after application are blendable before they 'set'. After this they will last all day and are also waterproof. I've tested these by napping and living in Manchester where it rains all the time and they really are waterproof.
Unlike some other soft pencils they are easy to sharpen and don't snap.
I also own an Urban Decay 24/7 pencil and the four GOSH eyeliners I own perform just as well at half the price of £5.
The only cons are that they need sharpening often if you want to maintain a really precise line so get used up quite fast which could be a problem if you are on a very tight budget. They are also only available from Superdrug.
These are possibly the smoothest eyeliners in the worl, ever.
Like most GOSH products, they have their roots in MAC equivalents. In the past I happily spent £11-£12 on a MAC eyeliner, now I only spend £5 each at GOSH.
The shades are all the same, and the quality certainly is too.
These pencils are so soft, they deposit an intense shot of colour, without dragging your eyelid, which can be painful. They are so easy to use, and easy to mix and match. They all blend really easily, meaning you can create a smoky eye, or even blend them together to create really pretty effects.
The pencil itself is housed inside a plastic casing, which is more hygenic than wood. You still sharpen it once it blunts, just using a regular pencil sharpener.
My best tip for anyone buying these, is to play with the testers! (not on your face, you don't know where they've been...) Currently there are about 30 shades available, and all of them are beautiful! From gorgeous soft grey, to flamboyant lime green, you really need to try these out!
