      Very helpful

I would try creams or gels before trying these - it will work out cheaper

I bought these one day in Superdrug because they had been labelled wrongly, and cost me 20p! I never expected them to work, but thought it was worth a try at that price!

To my surprise, when I next saw a spot appearing, I put one of these on overnight, woke up in the morning and the redness had increased substantially. I wore one again the next night, and after continuing this pattern for three nights in total, the spot was almost gone.

I have had trouble since, however, with the patches staying stuck on for the entire night. Depending on where the spot is, and if the skin in that area is flat (it is no good if the spot is at the side of your nose) the patches don't always stay on.

You get 8 patches in a packed, and from my experience never get away with using just one per spot, so to me this seems like you would use maybe half a packet per spot - they wouldn't last very long!

For the asking price they usually sell at, I think that there are better products out there that you can buy in the forms of creams or gels that will soak into the skin and so are guaranteed to reach the spot it is targeting.
