The only bad points about this product are that anything you eat with your fingers you will get a slight taste of the horrible stuff in your mouth, this only lasts for the first days of application though. I have bitten my nails ever since I can remember. They look and feel horrid, I started to become really embarrassed to show them and if anyone pointed them out I'd get very self conscious. I used to literally bite my nails down so much they hurt and often bleed, I have no idea what started it or why I did it, it's just a horrible, horrible habit I had. My neighbour who does my hair saw my nails one day and commented on them once, asking why my I had never thought to put on some kind of soap or formula to make me stop, she herself had applied this Nibble No More to her sons nails who was only 7 and had got him to stop.
