WHAT IS IT?
This is oil that is for your nails and cuticles. It is made by Jessica and is a treatment that you can use when your nails are dry and to keep them healthy also.
HOW DO YOU USE IT?
The oil comes in a small bottle that has got a dropper attached to it, you apply a drop to each nail and massage it into the cuticle area so that it starts to work straightaway. There is no smell to the oil and I am happy about that because I dislike fragranced oils and the way the smell lingers on my fingers after I have used the oil.
WHAT I THINK
I think this nail oil is very beautiful and I am happy that I was sent my 7ml bottle in a beauty box because I had not heard about this brand before.
It does not feel greasy and the oil has got a very light feeling, I can massage it in fast and the oil sinks into my skin immediate so that it does not leave any residue or smears of oil on my fingers. It sinks in fast in less than one minute of massaging the oil.
My nails have been in very good and soft condition since I started to use this and I am going to buy another bottle as soon as it is used up because the oil is so pleasing to use and gives me good effects on my skin like it says it will also.
A bottle that has got 7ml in it costs about £8.50 and I think that is value because it works so good and I will not pause to order one soon now that my bottle is nearly half empty.
5 Dooyoo Hearts.
Phenomen Oil is a brilliant re-hydrating cuticle oil which nourishes dry cuticles and, according to the blurb, promotes strong nail growth. It's produced by Jessica as part of their nail care range.
I was given a small sample bottle of it by my manicurist to re-hydrate my nails after having Jessica geleration polish soaked off. Apparently it's not the gel polish that damages the nails but the chemicals in the soak off that can have a drying effect.
The oil contains Vitamin E, jojoba, rice oil and sweet almond oil; it certainly has a strong almond fragrance. I use it at night to allow it to soak in while I sleep and I have to say it is very effective and visibly makes dry nails less brittle. It also softens the cuticles and definitely has helped my nails to grow strong. It's sold as an intensive moisturiser so you could use to soften any soft skin although I think this would work out pretty expensive.
It comes in a little glass bottle with its own dropper and a little goes a long way. I've been using the small 7.4ml bottle for a while and am onl just getting to the end of the bottle. It also comes in larger, 14.8ml size. The smaller bottle retails at £8.95 and the larger one at £13.65 but you can pay considerably less by shopping on line. Beautyflashshop.co.uk is selling the little one at £6.28.
I'm sold on it - it's the best nail oil I've come across.
