      Perfect everyday lippie that will suit everyone and anyone!

      I challenged myself to see if I could find the perfect lipstick to wear everyday. This may seem simple to some but it turned out to be a difficult task to find a shade that was appropriate for my work and that would match any of my every day outfits as well as matching my skin tone.

      I set about looking for a 'nude' shade and I came across the L'Oreal Privee Lipstick collection, what a godsend..........

      The lipstick comes in 6 Custom made nude colours which L'Oreal claim there is one shade to suit everyone's skin tone.
      The 6 shades were chosen by 6 of L'Oreal's models/spoke person's and are named after each of them. The idea is to pick the shade of the person that matches your skin tone the best.

      I have pale skin and dye my hair blonde so I went with the Doutzen Kroes - Barely Pink shade.

      The other 5 shades to pick from are;
      1 - Eva Longoria - Barely Golden
      2 - Cheryl Cole - Barely Greige
      3 - Julianne Moore - Barely Peach
      4 - Freida Pinto - Barely Parma
      5 - Liya Kebede - Barely Moka

      L'Oreal say that the Barely Pink shade will ''melt into light complexion's while adding a touch of freshness and femininity'' and I couldn't agree more. It really does freshen my face and just give's my make up that finishing touch I was previously missing.

      Now it's not the cheapest lippie out there I bought mine in Boots and it was priced at £8.00 however I bought it as part of the L'Oreal 3 for 2 make up offer so got my lippie for free as I was buying foundation and powder anyway! I'm sure Superdrug usually have a 3 for 2 on L'Oreal products too.

      The packaging is elegant with a soft black outer casing with the 'signature' of the person whose shade you are wearing displayed in gold. The lipstick is very easy to use (just like any other lipstick really!) and leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth after application. I would say the colour does last for quite awhile and even when it has faded, the shade is so subtle anyway that you aren't left with patchy colour that you sometimes can get with brighter and cheaper lipsticks.

      After discovering this product it will now be forever in my make up bag and I have worn it every day since I bought it. I can't see any down sides with this so I'll have to give it 5 stars
