I bought a Leighton Denny set from TK Maxx in their reduced section and it included a bottle of this nail polish remover in there.
I thought the bottle was a bit small to be honest, it's only 50ml in size and it had been leaking a bit in its bubble wrap pocket but I did get the set for less than half than full price so can't really complain.
Leighton Denny is a high quality nail polish brand and I watch the polish creator on qvc regularly. I had high hopes for the polish.
It has a strong smell to it but it is acetone free so kinder for nails. It is also slightly oily in consistency but that is due to the fact that it is nourishing and moisturising as well as removing the polish. I get through a lot of nail polish remover because I am always changing my polish and having nail fails... it always seems wasteful soaking a cotton wool pad with it but it is the only way to do it.
This works pretty quickly, very fast on flat colours but glitter polishes prove more challenging for this remover. That is when I am tempted to turn towards the potentially harming acetone remover.
I have not bought this separately but my little bottle came in a set which cost £17. I snapped it up because the other sets there were identical and priced £27!
I like this remover but there is not a lot there so it will not last me much longer than a week but it will put me on. I won't take it out in my bag due to the leaky bottle.
