I have also had great results using it as eyeshadow - it comes out a faint gold when you concentrate it on a small area. You can also use it alone as a finishing powder but I wouldn't recommend applying large quantities all over your face! On my skin it feels very light, like all Lily Lolo's mineral cosmetic products it is almost like my skin is bare. This is one of my favourite things about Lily Lolo's range, in comparison con...more

Premium Review Lily Lolo Star Dust Bronzer: Multipurpose wonder for just £1.25! (509 words)

I ordered samples from Lily Lolo Mineral Cosmetics last year and as well as the foundation, concealers, and finishing powders, I also requested a pot of Star Dust, which despite what Dooyoo says is definitely not a bronzer, it is a highlighter, or a "shimmer", as LL call it. The sample pot has a clear base with an ingredients sticker underneath and a white lid with a Lily Lolo sticker on it. It contains 0.75g of powder in a 5ml jar, but a little goes a long way with this product and I don't imagine I'll ever buy the full size (8g) as long as I can keep buying samples, which are currently £1.25. The full size is £12, and there is plenty left in my ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review They don't call it Star Dust for nothing (252 words)

Lily Lolo makes some amazing Broners that can give that sun kissed looked to you skin however Star Dust even though is sold under the Bronzers category is not by any means one so don't let that confuse you. I would describe Star Dust as a pearly or shimmery powder that can give a healthy glow to your skin. You can use it on your face or on your body, either ways it will look wonderful. The powder in the jar has a yellowish tinge to it but no worries this is not going to show like that on your skin. The best way to apply it is with a bigger body brush if you want to cover large areas. You can also use is strategically to highlight particular areas on your ...  Read the complete review

Some of you may remember a review I recently wrote about Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation, that stated that I didn't exactly fall head over heels in love with it. That would of course be a massive understatement, as it is one of the worst cosmetic products I have ever used. Based on using this alone I would have never purchased from Lily Lolo again but luckily I had bought a whole variety of samples all at the same time, which is how I come about trying my Lily Lolo Stardust. Now although Dooyoo have titled it Lily Lolo Stardust Bronzer, I must make clear this is in no way shape or form a bronzer. If you are looking to buy this from the Lily Lolo website then it ...  Read the complete review
