Advantages: Can make your lipstick last longer

Disadvantages: It never works!

I remembered having someone put this on me as a child when I was a bridesmaid, I remembered that tingling sensation that lipcote is so well known for and decided to try it again many years later!

Lipcote is a lipstick sealant which supposedly stops your lipstick rubbing off. It costs around £3 and is available from most places which sell make up. It comes in a little tube which is see through
apart from the lid which is bright red. There is a little brush inside which you use to apply the clear liquid to your lips.

Does it work? Well, i'm sure all those years ago when I was younger it did! But now, the silly stuff just peels of my lips even if I let it dry for ages and ages! I follow the instructions precisely but it just doesn't stay on! Once or twice it has actually worked, but I think i'm going to give up with it and just carry my lipstick around with me now!

Summary: Just take your lipstick out with you!
