Anyone who has met me, and anyone who has read any of my opinions on make up will know that I have no patience when it comes to beauty products. I like plain, easy to use products that are quick and reliable, require no fussy application and stay on for as long as possible. I am also a sucker for a bargain! When, therefor, I saw, whilst browsing for some trashy reading material to while away a train journey, a free L?Oreal blusher attached to the front of a magazine my mind was made up. L'Oreal Quickstick, is really that Quick. It is great for me as I never seem to have enough time or inclination to fuss with make-up, but do like to have a professional finish. I bought this product having seen it on offer at the local chemist. I liked the fact that it is a 3 in 1 make-up, at the time I had reservations as many brands promise you a great finish but rarely live up to expectations. Believe me I expect a lot from my make-up. (ie knocking 10 years of me) Anyway I tried it and was very impressed it went on really easy and blended well, leaving my face well covered and the shadows under my eyes had disappeared. Many women are like me ,and believe they've found the make-up item of their dreams, swear to themselves they will never buy any other but that one special foundation, then get tempted by advertising and reviews, and change their allegiance, succumbing to temptation for a smoother, even, dewier, moister and glowing complexion. L'Oreal QuickStick is my foundation/base of the month.
