*** Intro

In case some of you re unaware 'LUSH' is a popular fresh handmade cosmetics company, that stock a variety of items including; soaps, perfume, face masks, moisturizer ect. I wasn't aware much about the brand until I saw a lot of popularity on the topic from YouTube. As I was reading through a magazine I had purchased I saw a voucher for a free 'colour supplement'; seeing as I was taking a trip to Manchester I thought I might as well use it, seeing as it was free.


*** The product

The product turns out to be a versatile, multi-purpose base colour; which can be mixed with a moisturizer for a subtle tint, or straight from the tub, as a more direct colour foundation coverage. The lady in the store was very helpful and even did a swatch to see which shade would be most suited. She the suggested the 'light pink'.
I used this product not expecting much from it, but I was pleasantly surprised. When used on its own it can give a dewy look, but does have to be blended in quite well, otherwise it doesn't look nice.
I have often used this product mixed in with my moisturizer; which also gives a fresh dewy look, but is more easy to control and apply due to it being mixed.
Finally the most frequent way of using this product that I do myself is to use it as a concealer, I use a tiny minute amount on a foundation brush and simply sweep it over my eye area. I do this as I have quite a red eye area; and therefore I find by applying this it helps in disguising this a little in order for my foundation to go on over the top nicely.


*** Price & Overall opinion

These cost £7.50 and do have an expiry date, like with all of LUSHs' products. I would however purchase it again for full price. It's a well worthy and multi functional product from a trusty and reputable brand.
