I bought this brush to use with my MAC Fluidlines on those days where I just want a simple, quick and easy line of liner across my upper eye lid only to open up and define the eye. Although angled brushes such as the #263 and #266 create a finer, more precise line they also take little while to get used to and require a little more time each morning. The #209 is a regular shaped, pointed tipped liner brush much like those you find included with most liquid liners - only a little thicker. It is designed to be use with cream, gel and liquid based products as it is made entirely from synthetic fibres which measure 8mm high by 2.5mm wide. It is available from ... Read the complete review

I bought this brush as at the moment I am going through a phase where I love to wear the winged eyeliner look, and after first buying the Maybelline Gel Eyeliner which I loved, I then moved onto using the Mac Gel eyeliner, I bought the Maybelline one first as it has a slightly lower price tag and I wanted to see if gel eyeliner was worth all the fuss and it really was. My best friend really spoilt me this birthday and bought me lots of lovely pressies including a £50 MAC makeup gift card. Not one to really be a big wearer of makeup I went to the MAC store in London's Covent Garden and let one of the pro's get to work on me! He used a really lovely eyeliner on me to help define and exaggerate my eyes and to use this he used a MAC eyeliner brush which he then persuaded me to buy! Eek! I bought the 210 Precise Eyeliner brush for £16 and although I think the price is a bit steep, I actually really like it and I have had fun experimenting with flicks and tips and practising doing my makeup in general! The brush is ... Read the complete review

I bought this brush mainly to use with my new MAC fluidline eyeliner (which comes in a solid gel form so a precise brush is required) and it works perfectly for that function. All the bristles are packed tightly together which means that I can achieve a nice clean line on my upper lash line and easily tailor it to be the exact thickness I want. Unlike more conventional brushes which come with liquid eyeliner in the tube, it doesn't bend too much, making it much easier to get a nice tidy line. Another advantage is the fact that it has quite a long handle, meaning that you can hold it wherever feels comfortable for you, making it far easier to achieve a perfect ... Read the complete review

MAC Flat Definer Brush - Synthetic fibres work well with creams, Great quality. Not all that many uses.
MAC Slim Tapered Blending Brush - Slim size fits easily into the contours of the eyes. Too soft, Too bendy, Not many uses.
MAC Large Tapered Blending Brush - Works well for undereye concealer, Contouring the nose etc. Although marketed for eye use it's a little too large in my opinion.
MAC Eye Pencil - creates a bold contrasting effect, it is applied above your lash line easily difficult to apply onto your waterline, not great precision, expensive, not as good as other liners
