Up until I bought this, eyeliner was not something I used all that often. I have bought numerous eye pencils in the past but I found these fiddly to use and the line was always very harsh and ended up making me look like a panda. Not to mention that they continuously need sharpened to get any sort of precision.

I had heard about gel eyeliners before and after watching a clip on you tube of a girl doing beautiful winged eyeliner with this product, I though I'd give it a try - so glad I did.

This is without a doubt the best eyeliner I have ever used. It comes in a desceptively tiny little pot and with a mini eyeliner brush in the box (well the one I bought did anyway - not sure if it comes as standard). You only need the tiniest amount on the end of the brush and you then just close your eye and run the brush onto your lashline. The brush is superb and it allows total control over where the gel is going. The gel goes on really smoothly - never tugs or drags the lid. You end up with a perfect neat line which can be smudged before the gel dries.

The line lasts all day and is really resistant to smudging once it has dried. However, it does still come off easily with your usual cleanser.
