Advantages: Great colours
Disadvantages: Quite expensive
MAC Lipglasses cost £10.50, which is quite a lot for a 4.8g tube, but they are worth it! They are very glossy, and non-drying.
The tube is simple and convenient to carry around. The tube is clear, so you can see the colour of the gloss easily. The lid is black, and contains a sponge applicator.
They staying power is actually quite good for a gloss, although you may want to keep your hair tied back if it's windy as your hair will stick to your lips when you wear this! (as with any gloss really, though) They are sticky, but nowhere near as sticky as Juicy Tubes, for example. They are very comfortable to wear.
They come in a wide range of colours - there's something out there to suit everybody, whether you're after a natural look, or something that really stands out and gets you noticed! MAC lipglasses are generally very pigmented, which is great if you want to add colour and gloss to your lips, rather than just a bit of gloss.
Some of my favourite colours are:
Nymphette - a pink gloss with gold shimmer (turns into a gorgeous pinky peach on the lips)
Prrr - a lovely pink
Enchantress - a gorgeous pinky-peach
Song and Dance - a deep pink
Although these are quite expensive, once you finish 6 MAC products, you can exchange the empty plastic containers for a free lipstick!
I recommend MAC lipglasses! MAC products can be bought from MAC stores and some department stores.
Summary: A good quality pigmented lipgloss.

- 27/09/05 I love this, ive only got 3 theyre sooo pricey but they last forever! They are very concentrated and thick so a little goes a long way! The lustreglass lipglasses are a sparklier version of the original lipglasses, but with even more glamour! |
