Mac's lipglasses are the only lipgloss I will ever buy. they are long lasting, smell absolutely divine - vanilla scent, and have an amazing collection of colours.

despite being a little pricey (that's high end makeup for you), they really are worth it. i have four and am slowly building up my collection. i put lipglass on my lips in the morning (after conditioning with chapstick) and it lasts through a two hour lecture. fantastic!

i have found my holy grail lipgloss colour however it is limited edition sadly. beware of limited editions, if you find your absolute favourite colour and it ends up being limited edition it will be VERY VERY difficult to find once the store has sold out. so be prepared to stock up on favourites.

beware: on windy days your hair will stick to the gloss and it can drag it across your cheeks if you're not careful! this gloss is absolutely gorgeous when freshly applied. it glistens and makes lips look smooth and plump. the consistency may be a bit too thick for some, but the thicker the gloss, the longer it lasts - something worth remembering.

another tip: try not to layer your gloss when you're reapplying. always wipe your lips clean first. when you relayer you lose that freshly applied look and you're lips will just look chapped.

what can i say? i'm mad about mac. you should be too!
