Since the age of around 12 years old I started with a condition that left me with very short and sparse eyelashes. I am now 28 years old and since my teen years I have always been very conscious of my eyes. When I discovered makeup I realised I could draw my eyelashes on with eyeliner therefore not making my almost bare eyelids quite as noticeable. I started with eye pencil but this easily faded and rubbed off. I then discovered liquid eyeliner which seemed to do the trick much better. I found it quite difficult to apply to begin with, but with regular use I soon mastered the art. My problem came when I wanted to go swimming with my friends, I ... Read the complete review

I have tried so many eyeliners in my time, I just love make up, Mac of course is my favorite along with benefit and Clinique. I have expensive taste you see!! I first heard of Mac when my sister was training to become a make up artist, I think at the time it wasn't very well known and probably still isn't as well known as it should be. She got a huge discount because she was training and this was the start of my fatal addiction to all things MAC! I have tried many eyeliners and I must admit I'm not a huge fan of the liquid type. I find them tricky to apply unless you have a super steady hand and they take ages to dry guarenteeing you ... Read the complete review

These MAC liquidlast eye liners are available for £12.72 from MAC shops, maccosmetics.co.uk and any department stores that sell their products like Debenhams. There are currently 17 shades in the range but they sometimes bring out new colours as part of a limited edition collection. There are also different finishes for these liners; some are matte, others shiny and some have a metallic finish to them. They come in a see through plastic tube with a black lid and the MAC logo on the see through part. There's a little brush attached to the screw on lid and I find that it gives a nice, precise application. You can draw thin and thick lines, depending ... Read the complete review

I'm not one of those girls that insists on wearing a full face of makeup to the beach / pool, but I won't deny that sometimes I like to wear a little bit of mascara or eyeliner. Who doesn't want to look their best if possible? Any makeup lover knows that finding truly waterproof products can be a task - Even those that claim to be smudge / sweat proof usually arn't and theres nothing more annoying than realising you have mascara runs all down your face. After booking a holiday in the South of France I decided to begin my search for a truly waterproof eyeliner. Where better to start than MAC? 'Liquidlast Liners' are the first product of their type that ... Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of eyeliner and love to try different ones in order to find the best. I hadnt seen this one on the shelves before and so decided to give it a go. It is in a glass sort of tube which is clear and so helps you see how much you have left which I thought was an excellent idea and with other liquid eyeliners you never know when you've ran out until the last moment and by then its to late! The lid is black and plastic it has a very nice shine to it. When you unscrew the lid and pull it off you'll find the brush is attached. The brush is very thin and so this helps to make it a lot more accurate when applying and I have found ... Read the complete review
