Advantages: Great for concealing and illuminating under eyes, Great texture, Long Lasting.

Disadvantages: Dries quickly, Doesn't work extremely well for spot concealing.

The MAC Sales Assistant recommended me this product after I asked her which of their concealers would work best for my dark undereye circles. Having tried a lot of other concealers in the past I was sceptical that this would perform any better but decided to try it out regardless - you never know!

Described as 'liquid camoflage for the skin' it is said to 'brighten and lighten dark areas, erase spots and even out skintone.'
It is available in 11 shades - from the palest porcelain (NW15) to deep caramel (NC50) and chocolate tones. (NW50)
With such vast amounts of shades to choose from it is easy to find one that will work for you - wether you want an exact match or one slightly paler than your skin (effective for extremely dark circles.)
It retails for £11.00 for 10ml, which is really great value as it lasts an incredibly long time.

The consistency is very light & fluid, but it does dry quite quickly which can be tricky if you are not used to applying / blending your concealer in such a short time.
You only need a tiny amount of this - too much can look cakey and artificial.
It covered dark circles and acne scarring very well, leaving me with a fresh, bright eyed look.
Lasts throughout the day, especially if you set it with a light dusting of loose powder on top, though this is not entirely necessary.
However, due to it's fluid texture it does not well work extremely
well for covering pimples. Not bad, but I prefer a creamier, waxier textured Concealer such as MAC's Studio Finish SPF15 for this.
Can be worn alone or under foundation :-)

To apply I either use the MAC #224 brush, which is actually marketed as an Eyeshadow brush. It's fluffy domed shape works really well, leaving you with a super blended, diffused finish.
Fingertips also work well - I place 3 or 4 small dots under each eye then blend quickly and gently using my ring finger.
I then set the concealer with a small amount of translucent powder using a large, fluffy brush. This ups the coverage and also makes the concealer last longer with a more transfer / smudge resistent finish.

Overall, a great concealer. I will always continue to repurchase this. If you are looking for a good spot concealer though, this may not be the one for you.

Summary: Great concealer. Will always repurchase this product :-)
