A pity (Mac Select SPF 15 Foundation)

Advantages: Great shades, esp. for pale skin,

Disadvantages: Does not stay put, smell is annoying

I have extremely fair skin which means that it is very difficult to find the right foundation.
When I went to MAC I was impressed by the fact that they have so many different shades. I still think that this colour is the best I ever found, and believe me I tried a lot of different brands and make-ups. :-)

The reason why I do not like this make-up is simple: It does not stay put. I work in an office so I thought there should not be any such problem in the first place.
However, whenever I started to sweat (or rather glow) just a little bit, this make-up 'deserted me'. It started to feel really disgusting and turned totally patchy. Using powder did not help either.

This is particularly embarrassing when you are in contact with clients.

So, once again, although I loved the make-up for its lightness, its colour and the fact that it's really easy to apply, I am once again looking for a new makeup.

My best friend tried Studio Fix and experienced the same problems, so I just got myself a small amount to give it a go and I have to say that she was right, Studio Fix just turns as patchy as the Select one.

Summary: If you want to give it a go, get yourself a sample first to give it a go.
