www.maccosmetics.co.uk is a professional big brand of professional cosmetics products that do not come cheap at all. They have many counters all over the world selling their products. I would say it is a cult company as many, many women all over the world buy these products in the eternal chase of achieving perfect flawless skin and keeping up with the trends. It is almost as God got it all wrong and MAC cosmetics is here to save us all.

Their line of makeup brushes is well know for its high quality. From what I understand they last also very long.
What attracted me to buy their line of brushes is the main fact that some have white bristles. So I decided to buy the ones with white bristles. I love white bristles as I can see what product I have used on which brush easily.

MAC 222 brush is a tapped blending brush with white bristles. I am a great fan of pure mineral eye shadows and having brushes that can deal with this sort of powders is always tricky as mineral eye shadow requires certain type of brushes.
At first I did not know whether MAC's 222 brush is going to be of any use for me in doing the job right but I though I should go ahead an try it anyway. I got to say that in practice has not disappointed me at all. It has became one of my favourites.

I use this brush to blend my eye make-up in order to make sure there are not any unwanted rough edges around the eye colour I have just applied. I can do that easily without using any other colour to help me, just the brush on it's own is enough. The brush is also very good in applying highlighting colours

The bristles are soft and the brush has a long handy handle and is easy to manoeuvre. I have been using it quite often and no hair has shed.

*****Bad points*****

For £17.00 I can't say that this brush is not that special to worth the high price. You can easily find other similar brushes to do the same job. I do hope it will last a long time.
The writing on the handle with the MAC logo and number of the brush can fade away within 3 weeks.

Summary: Overall a nice brush
