MUA is the very cheap make up brand which you can find in Superdrug, I have purchased a few products from them, found some what work for me and some what dont.
I think when people think about a make up range which sells everything at £1.00 they are kind of like 'wow this great' but then there is a thought in your mind like 'but something you get in a goody bag when your like 4' and I think that is my personal feeling on them, some do a good job like say..Rimmel, but then others can do a very bad job and be best suited as a play toy dress up for a child!
This was something I purchased a while back to add to my make up collection.
The eyeshadow comes in a 4g rounded little plastic pot with a transparent lid which is great to see the eyeshadow in, you know your exact shade and its very practical and ideal.
Over the front is the MUA logo along with what the product is, and on the back it has a little sticker with the shade ect on..
There are a good choice of colours to choose from, well..there is a lot actually and I can guarantee you will find a colour which suits you and which you like.
The colour which I picked up was shade no 10 which was like a dark midnight kind of blue/purple which when you looked closely enough at looked like they had little flecks of other blues thrown in, it also had a nice sparkle too it.
When I used the eyeshadow I noticed the colour would not come out as it was in the pot, even when I used a wet brush so I just had to make do with a lighter more blue version than the colour I expected.
There is enough room in the plastic container to use a brush or your fingers.
I found the eyeshadow gave a nice effect, wasn't very powdery, didn't crack on my eyes nor did it look greasy.
It was a very basic and natural look even though to look at it in its container you would think its quite a bold and dramatic look, but because the colour wasn't as expected it gave more natural results.
There was a tiny bit of sparkle in it which wasn't too OTT it made the eyeshadow look better than what it would of looked without it.
I think for 1 pound there is no moaning coming from me, I have used it a good few times..never had any bad comments on it, neither good but still it looks grand for a nice natural look with a splash of colour.
Summary: CANT COMPLAIN
