I am an awful nail-biter and nail-picker. It is something that I have been struggling to overcome all of my life. I am at my worst during truly stressful times, completely destroying my nails as I fret and worry. Unfortunately, during the birth of my last child (which had my poor wife in labor for nearly 10 hours!!!), I became so overwhelmed with worry that I picked and bit my nails until they bled and completely destroyed my cuticles as well.
