Maybelline Great Lash Mascara ... have tried this mascara not just once, but afew years later, twice. (When I say once, twice, I mean I have biught and used two different tubes several times, not literaly used it twice!) I tried it the first time a good 10 years ago when maybelline came to the UK. I didnt really rate it, I bought it because it was advertised as the next best thing and was affordable for a 17 year old. The second time I bought it I was older, 21 and wanted to see if they had changed the formula as it was again getting so much hype, being rated as no.1 in so many magazines. Maybelline Great Lash Mascara ... purchased this mascara from ebay for a couple of pounds plus p&p. I didn t go out of my way to choose this one, I chose it for the price. I have trouble finding a mascara I like, they either clump or have a stupid plastic wand instead of a brush or they make your eyelashes look like "a child s drawing of the sun" in the words of my brutally honest brother!! So I often buy one and then throw it away. This one comes in a pink and green tube and various shades. I bought the brown/black as I ve got fair hair. On first inspection the brush didn t seem great. Maybelline Define-A-Lash ... eyelashes aren t normally anything amazing, they aren t long and with many mascaras I find it quite hard to find a descent one until I was attracted to this one only because of the fun colour of the packaging! But it turned out to be a really great mascara that I now swear by. This is probably the 1st mascara where I ve gone and bought the same one again when it s run out rather then wanting a change and experimenting with a different brand. I have this in black, non-waterproof, and it cost nearly £8 I think in superdrug, well worth the money! My eyelashes now always look great, long and seperated without any clumps.
