Advantages: Everything

Disadvantages: Nothing at all

Continuing with my Max Factor reviews (my fav brand along with No7) I recently re-purchased this which has to be I think my all time favourite make up product! (I'm so going to enjoy writing about this!)

I came across it a few years back after trying loads of different pressed powders and writing this I realised I've never actually used a whole pressed powder and always got fed up of it and binned it before I used this one and now I use every bit lol

What It Is And What It's for....

Ok it's called max Factor Creme-Puff. I'll slide in here that its a navy blue compact which is recyclable with gold writing on it and inside is a sponge applicator.

Creme Puff is a high coverage powder make-up that can be used over moisturiser, foundation or as an all-in-one makeup. It contains millions of tiny light reflectors that give off a special glow.

I personally use it over my moisturiser and over the top of foundation. I suffer from spots (yes even though I'm 33!) and some age spots. I suffer a greasy t zone and dry skin around my mouth area so I really am a combination!

The Verdict....

It's simply the best pressed powder Ive ever used. From the packaging being secure and the lid not dropping off in my handbag to the fact it doesn't 'clog up my skin'. It smells very old fashioned and slightly floral and I love it and even though it does contain fragrance still manages to not make me break out. I don't have to keep reapplying, once or twice in a day is enough and no matter how often I use it i never looked caked. I usually use a brush with it instead of the applicator that is provided just cos Ive always done that and the powder comes out of the compact and on to my brush really easily and on application its just feels like velvet and it stays that way. I don't feel like I'm wearing make up with this product and on top of the Max Factor Colour Adapt Foundation I use my skin really does look it's best even when I feel like crap!

I use the Translucent and although it comes in other colours I'm not sure why anyone would want to use them. I mean the translucent surely would suit most people! This gives me hardly any colour (its does give me a little cos I'm a total pale looking goth type) but so do most products.

Wonderful and I'm not using any other pressed powder from now on. My skin is in better condition than ever before!

£4.45 (bargain!) for a 21g compact available in Boots and Superdrug, mine came off a market for £2.00!

Summary: It's brilliant I cant say more....
