**Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion Mascara** This mascara is actually the sister product of Max Factor's false lash effect mascara, which is hugely popular and even won awards. I was a huge fan of the original version of this, however after trying this version (the 'fusion' one) I am in love! It is seriously my new favourite ever mascara, I love it, and you will soon see why. Colour wise, there are two shades to choose from - the usual black and brown. As far as I am aware there is not a waterproof version of this mascara available. **Product Claims** Max Factor says that this mascara has Max Factor's biggest ever volumising brush with a brand ... Last year, or maybe it was just earlier in this year, I can't really remember, I bought the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara from Boots. It cost me about a tenner which is what you should expect to pay for the average mascara on sale at Boots. I have tried loads of products from Max Factor before and its a brand I've become familiar with and grown to love. I'm a bigger fan of their foundations than their mascaras, although I do like some of their mascaras. Their "false lash effect" mascara was a bit of a disappointment though. I thought that the brush was just too chunky and I found it awkward to use, and the end result from using the mascara always seemed . Read the complete review

Like all women I have bits which I hate about my body and bits which I find more acceptable. In my opinion I would say my eyes are my best feature and therefore I take great pride in 'dressing them up' as well as possible. I'm very lucky to have very long eyelashes. In fact people regularly ask what brand of false eyelashes I wear because they are so long and full looking. I have to admit it does boost my confidence a little considering I have a very low opinion of the rest of my face and body! However, having long lashes can sometimes be a pain and only those people who have long lashes would understand. I struggle with buying good mascara for several ... Read the complete review

Ok, so I have a drawer full of make up and have been trying to use up some of the many products that I have accumulated over the years. Amongst these were many mascaras; I have mainly lately been using up some Maybelline ones. I can't say that I have ever really found a great mascara to be honest. I have fairly short eyelashes and long for thick, long lashes but don't fancy wearing falsies! Once I'd used up my drawer full, I decided that I'd treat myself and headed down to Boots. If you don't really know what you are looking for, it can be a bit of a minefield as so many mascaras make such dramatic claims. I finally stumbled across Max Factor and decided that ... I like to wear lots of make up, particularly eye make as I think they are my best feature. I very rarely leave the house without wearing mascara and I am always looking for one that makes my lashes longer and thicker. I have tried and liked the False Lash Effect Mascara by Max Factor so I thought I'd give the False Lash Effect Fusion mascara a go. What does the product do? It works on the same basis as the original false lash mascara which is to give you the appearance of wearing false lashes. This one attempts to pass its predecessor by both thickening and lengthening the lashes at the same time. It combine the special wand with a formula which contains ... Read the complete review
