I've used this mascara multiple times before and it's one of my favourite mascaras. It really does do what it says on it and makes it look as though you have false lashes on. It brought out my eyes a lot and many people complimented me on my eyelashes, asking if they were actually real or if they were fake. It's not clumpy like many other mascaras, although it does sometimes clump up a bit, but not much. Also when you want to REALLY bring out your eyes and make your eyelashes really really long you're going to have to use quite a bit of the mascara, but this also increases the chance of clumping. However, this mascara is absolutely amazing, it's so good that even people with short eyelashes, such as me, can really enhance their eyes and eyelashes and bring them out and make them really long. I highly recommend this mascara as it's good for all eyelashes and makes your eyelashes long and curved!
I love wearing false eyelashes as I feel that my eyes are quite small and false eyelashes make them look bigger, and draw more attention to them. I often wear false eyelashes when I go out, but in work I don't like wearing them as I think they look a bit too dressed up for work. So when I saw this mascara in Boots, I was very tempted to try it. I was curious to find out how long and volumous it could make my lashes look. It was priced at about £10, and as there was also an offer on Max Factor (I think it was 3 for 2 and I wanted some foundation and blusher as well) I thought this was quite reasonable and I decided to go for it and I bought it. The mascara comes in quite a thick bottle compared to most, which makes it easy to grip hold of when applying it to your eyelashes. The brush also looks quite thick in comparison to most mascara brushes. I was worried that it might make the mascara come out quite clumpy as the bristles might not be able to separate my lashes, however I needn't have worried about this as it separates them really well and my eyelashes don't look clumpy at all when I am wearing this. The older the mascara gets, though, the clumpier it gets, but for at least the first month there is no problem. This starts to dry out after about a month which is quicker than other mascaras I have bought. The mascara does make my eyelashes look longer and definitely more volumous, however I would not go as far as to say that it makes them look like false eyelashes! I got this in black but there is a dark brown version as well, as well as a coloured range, and a waterproof version. Black is my favourite by far. I would recommend this but I don't think it is the best mascara. I have seen it priced at £12.99 in Boots and Superdrug and I think for this price there are some better mascaras around. Unless there is an offer on as well this is a bit pricey for what you are getting. For now I will stick to my real false eyelashes!
Retail price is usually around £10 for this but at many stores you will find it on a 3 for 2, or similar offer. It is definitely worth the retail price whether on offer or not and I believe you do get what you pay for with this. It lasts me around 6 weeks and that is applying at least once a day every day. I do have quite long eye lashes anyway and this does make them appear even longer and thicker. The non clumping brush is an advantage but not entirely unique. I have since switched my mascara but if my now usual one is not in store rather than going somewhere else I would still most definitely buy this one. I have been using mascara's on a regular basis for many years and have shopped around and done my research and I do recommend this mascara and class it as a very strong contender for my number 1.
Priceat £10.99 from most reatailers I would say this is a lot of money to pay for any mascara but I myself would pay this as I am a fan of the mascara. I would probably recommend looking through a sight like ebay first to find a more reasonable priceMy OpinionI personally love this mascara!! I love the way it makes my lashes look and the large brush on it for me is a plus! For me this mascara does not clump my lashes and keeps them separate and makes them look full but not like false lashes. I would say my lashes look better because they do not clump together and so it seems like I have more lashes and they do appear longer but again this is probably down to them not being clumped together.
I bought this mascara after it had been rated the best drugstore mascara in many magazines. With all these rave reviews, surely I'd love it. Ehhh, not so much! Performance This mascara claims to volumise lashes to give a "false lash" effect. Now I never normally believe these claims that mascara can give you the appearance of false eyelashes, but the right formula can definitely define your eyes. My first problem was it was a volumising mascara. Through trial and error I have now realised that these don't give me the look I want. I have short eyelashes so I need all the length I can get and volumising mascaras, even if they claim to be lengthening too never really deliver on this. As for the false eye effect, the only thing this mascara did was make my lashes look blacker, they certainly couldn't have been mistaken for false eyelashes. Packaging One of the main things that drew me to this mascara was the packaging. I loved the fat mascara tube as it looked different to a lot of the mascaras I already owned and was easily identifiable in my collection. Unfortunately because I didn't like the look of it on my lashes, more often than not I could identify it so I wouldn't use it and choose another mascara instead. Price At £10.99 it's definitely one of the more expensive mascaras on the high street, but not as expensive as high end brands such as Lancome or Estee Lauder. Unfortunately because it didn't live up to its claims, it definitely wasn't worth the money for me. Personally, I think mascara is a very individual thing, what works on one person doesn't on another. If you have medium to long lashes which you would like to look thicker and more volumised, this is perhaps the mascara for you, but if like me you have short lashes which don't lose a curl, I would pass this one by.
I'm not a huge make up fan - just wearing a nice subtle amount to cover my face for everyday use, using a bit more to give a more 'glam' look for a night out. I tend to use a lot of Max Factor products that I often purchase on a 3 for 2 offer in Boots or Superdrug. A few months ago I was purchasing my usual foundation in the 3 for 2 when I saw this mascara. As I was due a new mascara anyway, I included this as part of my deal. It was actually the free item in the end, but the full price in Boots was £10.99. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't suit my look being called a 'false lash effect' mascara. False lashes are something that I've tried before, but only for nights out and not for everyday use. But my thoughts were that for everyday I could apply less than I would for a for a big night out. The packaging describes the mascara as giving full lashes but a natural effect - probably the look that the majority of women are after, including me. I did think though that this statement was a little contradictory to their false lash statement because to me personally, I don't find a lot of false lashes to look very natural - when I have worn them in the past, I've not worn them thinking that they could pass for my own anyway. I bought the black/brown shade as that is the closest match to my natural lash colour - it is also available in black and waterproof too. The mascara comes in what I would describe as a professional looking tube - matte black with shiny silver writing. The tube is quite thick and holds 13ml of mascara. It has a screw lid to which an applicator brush is attached. Both the applicator stick and the brush attached are quite chunky - the stick is ideal though - in the past I've noticed some applicators bend as I've been applying them but this one is sturdy and doesn't move at all. The brush is also good. Although chunky, it holds a lot of the mascara on it but doesn't clump up on the brush, again something I've noticed previously with other brands. I just apply this to the top lashes. I find with all mascaras, including this one, that it gets a bit too much on both the top and bottom otherwise, for me personally. My lashes are fairly long anyway and are dark brown - I tend to find that the bottom ones look better left alone otherwise I get a bad spider effect. With the top though, I apply quite slowly, starting at the bottom of the lash, working my way up, then try to use the brush to curl the lashes at the ends by leaving it there for a second or two longer. With the brush being quite chunky, I find it does a good job at curling them a little as it's being applied. I never tend to use eyelash curlers really, just because I haven't got much time to apply my make up and I don't see that as a necessity for everyday wear. The mascara very rarely clumps up - I always use a tissue to blot away any excess, but I don't find there's much left over with this mascara as with others. The brush separates each lash fairly well too when I'm applying it and gives a nice even coverage. It lengths them quite a lot, but not excessively so. I don't find that I need to use the brush again and again - I probably use it on each one three times before they're done. I also don't feel that I need to keep applying it through the day - once on in the morning and it then lasts the day. As for the false lash effect - I wouldn't exactly say that it goes so far, although it does a pretty good job. Perhaps if I applied it more than three times, the build up of mascara would make them appear thicker and more false lash like! I think their description of full lashes and natural effect is a better one for what I've achieved for everyday use - they are full and fairly thick but they still look quite natural and not like I'm fully done up in make up - that's the reason I've continued using it. To me false lash effect means that it looks quite obvious that they've had a bit of help and this doesn't give me that effect - but I see that as a positive thing for my needs for everyday. I will probably still continue to use false lashes if I'm getting done up to go anywhere fancy though just because they don't take me very long to do anyway and to get the same look from this mascara, I think I'd need to spend a bit of time applying it and working on my application technique. I rate the false lash effect mascara 4 dooyoo stars - I'm very happy with the product, but I'm going to take one off for the claim of false lash effect as I feel people may buy it for that look alone and I don't think it gives as striking a look as false lashes do. For my everyday use though, I've found this to be fantastic. Thanks for reading :o)
Max Factor's False Lash Mascara is the one I was waiting for. I've been using this mascara consistently for about 1 year now, and I have very few negative things to say about it! It does everything, in my opinion, that a mascara should do. How much I spend on make-up is really important to me, I don't like spending lots of money on makeup, unless I feel it is worth it. Therefore, when I saw it retailing at about £10 in Superdrug, My first thought was that is just a it too much for my student-budget focused brain to spend on. However, I then found it on ebay for £6 which, when I received it a few days later made it a bit of a bargain buy! For a drugstore brand it really is good quality. My lashes are average length and darkish in colour, although for some reason the ones on my left eye are flatter and shorter than the right, but this mascara, plus a cheap eyelash curler hides this imperfection effectively! Its claims to 'false lash' are false in the other sense, though I wasn't expecting that anyway in all honesty. It does not even begin to look like I have false lashes in. It does however, thicken, lengthen and darken my lashes a significant amount. It widens and brightens my eyes, and it is very black, which brings out the bluey-greyness nicely. It's also buildable if you leave it a few minutes to dry, and it sticks all day! You get plenty of product for your dosh, and it easily lasts the 6 months you should have a mascara for to avoid any nasties (bacteria etc) without drying out. I use it night and day. My only complaint is that it does sting my eyes if not removed properly before showering, which is somewhat painful. It is also most definitely not waterproof, although I wasn't too disappointed about that as it doesn't claim to be. All in all a great mascara, and though I will continue to try and get it cheaper on ebay, i wouldnt be too upset about having to buy it full price instore.
I am a qualified make-up artist as well as a professional model and I have tried and tested pretty much every mascara and beauty product on the market and I have to say that this mascara is by far my ultimate favourite! Its long lasting and I believe its wand sets it apart from other mascaras on the market as it glides through your lashes giving them a much fuller, longer look. I am a massive fan of wearing false eyelashes as I've always felt that wearing mascara alone can leave your eyes looking bare and not very well defined. This was always the case before I discovered Maxfactors False Lash Effect Mascara! I now feel like I have the false lash look without the application of lash extensions :) I can't fault this product as I also think its reasonably priced considering there are some mascaras out there twice the price and no where near up to this mascaras standard!
Bought this mascara as an upgrade from my regular £4.99 maybelline great lash blackest black mascara and it was definitely an upgrade. Priced at over double my usual at £10.99 and having no idea how the product would perform this really was a stab in the dark. The packaging is very chunky. The tube is huge and the brush is quite fat. It doesn't have your typical mascara brush on the end, it has bristles which catch your eyelashes and combs them through. 'Unleash your lash potential' is that it says on the packaging and I can say I think I have. The brush allows you to lengthen your lashes as well as volumise. My lashes are naturally quite long already to need a good boost to allow them to look the best they can. However this made them crazy long nearly as if I had false lashes on. However if you think this is false lashes in a bottle then you are mistaken. It can definitely enhance what you have but no mascara can thicken your lashes like falsies can. The formula is quite runny which means you can build on the mascara layer by layer to get the effect you are after, without clumps. I find one coat is enough for me as I preferred the look one coat gave me. The first time I used it it lengthened my lashes and made them natural looking. The formula as it is so lightweight didn't make my eyelashes look thicker. They were just natural looking and separated out to give a dramatic but still natural looking look. The look lasts throughout the day which is brilliant as I have struggled to find one that does. However, on the odd occasion is has been known to smudge with is a bit annoying. Especially if you run the eye are flakes of mascara fall all over your face. The only bad thing about this mascara is that when it starts to dry up and it is around 6 months old, I did start to get clumps. This has stopped me trying it again but really I should repurchase and have another go because I had such a good experience the first time I used it. The brush is hard to get used to but I think it is worth the money. As I have not tried any more expensive mascaras I cannot compare the quality but apparently this can give them a run for their money.
Review: I use False Lash Effect mascara frequently and it's still the best I've found. However, I still haven't found "the" mascara for me. Ease of use: The packaging is ergonomic making it easy to hold with a steady hand. The brush doesn't make a mess when it's removed from it's container, and the brush itself is easy to use on the top lashes. It is harder to reach the lower lashes and I find it leaves very small clumps on lower lashes. The look: False lash effect makes my lashes look darker and much fuller. It's one of the few good mascaras that make lashes look both longer and fuller. It also leaves a nice curve in the lashes. For me, this look is why I keep coming back to False Lash Effect even though it's not perfect. Disadvantages: False Lash Effect seems to rub off quite easily and though "panda eyes" aren't a problem during the day, the full effect of the mascara wears off within 4 hours. I reapply at lunch time and again in the evening if I'm going out. Price: This is pricey for a mascara that's not premium at £10.99 (Boots). However, it lasts me about 2 months for a bottle, which is good enough value for me. In summary, I will stick with False Lash Effect mascara as it makes lashes look longer and fuller. However, I would like to see a version of this that is less clumpy on lower lashes and that lasts longer on the lashes.
I have been using Max factor mascara for a few years and every so often they bring out a new one that has bigger and better claims than the one before. As I have very short and sparse lashes, I was naturally attracted to the False Lash claims of the 'new' Max Factor mascara. I bought this from Boots with some Advantage Card Points I had and to buy it with 'real money' it would have cost me £10.99. This is about average price for the type of mascara I usually buy. The barrel of the mascara looks like a large oval shaped cylinder object. It's not small, compact or subtle, by any stretch of the imagination - it's rather large and bulky, though I didn't let this put me off from buying it. Opening the mascara up and removing the brush was another surprise as it is so huge. The wand itself is very thick, the mascara 'head' is huge and yet the bristles look very short and stubby. This mascara comes in different colours and I decided on brown/black as my hair is fair and I look odd if I have jet back eyelashes. Despite this, this mascara still looked VERY black when I applied it to my lashes. Applying this mascara is a total nightmare and quite possibly one of the worst mascaras I have ever applied. As the mascara wand and brush is so huge and the bristles are so short and stubby, it's is extremely difficult to get the mascara onto the lashes themselves - especially the smallest lashes at the inner and outer corners of my eyes. It was a messy old business trying to comb it through the lashes and I found that the lashes didn't separate as well as I'd expected them to and they clumped together, giving me a very odd sort of over-done look, when I had finished. The mascara didn't particularly make my lashes look any longer, so much as making them look thicker - too thick, really. I didn't like the false clumped together look at all and I was very disappointed in this product right from the off. I feel it was money down the drain and I was quite surprised as I have used a load of other mascara's by Max Factor which have been brilliant - this is definitely the worst one they have made so far. I shal ceraily be giving this mascara a very wide berth in the future and I don't recommend it at all.
My lashes are of an average length and are dark, so I don't really use mascara on a daily basis. I usually only use it when I'm going out, and so I prefer to invest in a good quality mascara. I had heard a lot of good things about this mascara, and about Max Factor mascaras in general, so when my previous mascara was running out, I decided to go ahead and buy this. Packaging The mascara comes in a chunky tube that makes it easy to spot in your makeup bag, and also easy to hold. When you unscrew the lid, you will see that the brush is quite large, definitely larger than that of other mascaras I have used in the past. The bristles are short and spiky, and are quite densely packed onto the brush. The wand is comfortable to hold while applying the mascara. What Maxfactor says Why fake it when you can get a false lash impact with your own lashes? New False Lash Effect Mascara doubles your lash size with the impact of false lashes without the fuss. It's this season's make up artist must have. The secret is in the lash boosting combination of Max Factor's biggest brush ever combined with patented Liquid LashTM technology. Now with every volumising coat the big brush sweeps right to the tips giving your lashes fullness and head turning attitude. The result is 100% impact. 100% you. What I thought With the brush being so large, and with so many short bristles, one would think that it would be quite difficult to apply the mascara. However, it is quite easy as long as you are careful and pay attention to what you are doing. I hold the wand at the base of my lashes and wiggle it back and forth as I move it through my lashes. This separates my lashes and allows them to be evenly coated. This mascara does not cause my lashes to clump, and definitely makes them look longer and thicker, but I wouldn't go so far as to say that it gives a false lash effect, or that it doubles my lash size. My lashes are definitely more defined though. I think this mascara would work even better for those that don't have dark lashes. This mascara is available in black and black/brown. I own the black shade as my lashes are already quite dark so I don't think the black/brown shade would have as much of an impact. It is also available in a waterproof formula. I bought this in the regular, non-waterproof formula. I was a little worried that the mascara might smudge because my eyes tend to water a little every now and then, but the mascara does not budge once I apply it (until I use a makeup remover to remove it, that is). It is easily removed with a makeup remover. Price and Availability It is available at Boots, Superdrug and other chemists and stores that sell makeup, as well as online. At Boots it is currently selling for £10.99 and is on a 3 for 2 offer. I bought it from Amazon for £8.60 and it is currently on sale there at £8.80 for the black shade and £5 for the black/brown shade. I would recommend that you shop around for a good offer. Final Word I would definitely recommend this mascara. It provides excellent, even coverage, makes my lashes noticeably longer and thicker, separates them and does not make them clump. In my opinion it is a night-out mascara rather than a daytime use one because it gives a dramatic, defined look. The price is ok for such a good quality product and if you shop around, you don't have to pay full price. Also, it did not irritate my sensitive eyes at all, so that is definitely a plus.
I have not had the best of luck in terms of choosing the right mascaras lately, especially with products that claim to give you "false lashes", since these products just cannot keep up to their promises. However, since I was in need of a new mascara as it was, I decided to give this Maxfactor False Lash Effect Mascara a go, just to check if this, at last, was a product that could live up to its promises. I have bought some, but not that many, make up products from the Maxfactor brand, and I have been quite pleased with the results that those products were able to achieve. One thing that prompted me to buy this mascara from Maxfactor instead of other brands that I coud have bought it from is that they had an offer for it at Boots. Instead of paying its normal price of £10.99, I paid £2 less than that, bringing the pice that I paid to £8.99. This was still quite an expensive mascara, especially since this was, after all, its sale price yet it was still mare expensive than most other mascaras available from the Boots store. I do not think that I would have bothered to buy this mascara at its full price, since I can buy other mascaras from good brands for quite a bit cheaper. However, mascaras are not exactly what I count as a cheap cosmetic product (at least not ones I'm willing to use regularly), and from a good brand like Maxfactor, I found this to be quite an adequate price to pay for it. The mascara is packaged inside a black tube that gets fatter nearer to the middle. It is a rather chunky tube, which I like as it makes it easier to hold and use. The lid has a slant at thetop of it and you can unscrew it quite easily, though at times I have found that it is slighty stiff, but by no means intolerable. It has metallic print on it which maes it look nice; he tube looks quite sophisticated and elegant, but really all in all there is not much difference between this and the packaging of other mascaras. The brush has short bristles which are quite close together. This mascara wand is very easy to use on your lashes without any trouble. It holds the black mascara quite easily, and this is transferred from the brush to your lashes without causing any discomfort. So, how wee the results? Well, these significantly darken my eye lashes and they look much more volumised and also a little lengthened too. The effect is quite noticeable, and it looks good when it is applied. I do not know whether this helps to curl your eye lashes in any way or not, since I usually curl my lashes beforehand anyway. Unfortunately, I have to say the overall effect I have achieved with this mascara was not yet like false lashes, even though the overall effect was very pleasing. I have to say that I was not too disappointed with this mascara, however, since I think it is the best out of all the mascaras that claim to give you "false lashes" that I have tried so far anyway. It just would have been better if it hafd not claimed to give you false lash looking lashes, that`s all, since it just brings your hopes up unnecessarily and then leaves you disappointed. I did not have too much trouble with this mascara clumping; the only part of the brush that I found rather problematic was, like most mascaras, the tip of the wand. This could leave unattractive clumpy gloops all over the place. However, the tip can easily be wiped down every time before the application, so I did not find this too much of a problem. Overall, I found this to be a nice mascara for a price that is not too high, though obviously it is not the cheapest mascara in the world. However,it does not keep to its false lash effect promise too much, which was a bi disappointing, and I will have to dock one star for that. Otherwise, though, this is a nice mascara that I would recommend with 4 out of 5 dooyoo stars.
Max Factor is a brand I really trust having bought many of their products and loved most of them. This is a brand I go to exclusively for foundations and concealers because they are really good. Strangely enough though I've never had a mascara from them that I like. I suppose some brands excel in one area and fall down in another, it's inevitable. This mascara comes in an oval shaped cylindrical black tube. The plastic is not smooth and glossy but that sort of frosted feel which is great for grip. The lid twists off as with any mascara to reveal the brush. I don't really like the shape of the tube because it is very wide and therefore not particularly easy to hold. I also found the look of the brush a little intimidating. It's weird because the stick and the brush are very wide and fat looking, and yet the bristles are very short. I found this a weird combination and was confused about how it would work...turns out it doesn't. The brush is one of those plastic brushes, which I personally hate. I find them really irritating to use as they don't get all my lashes and also find them extremely painful because I often jab myself in the eye with them (more so than bristle brushes, strangely). I guess with this one it seems even worse because the bristles are so short you have to put the whole brush extremely close to your eye and I've hurt myself with this one many times. The mascara fluid seemed fairly good quality, it was nice and wet and coated the brush evenly. The problem is the brush is simply terrible. I can't even begin to explain how much I dislike using it, and I can only put this down to the short length of the bristles. I found it pretty ineffective as separating, lengthening or volumising my lashes and soon gave up with it because it irritated me so much. Probably one of the worst things about this is that it is also extremely difficult to remove. This isn't even a waterproof mascara but I had great difficulty removing it with face wipes (my usual method for every other mascara I use). This really damaged my lashes which is the part that annoyed me most as I had to use a great deal of force and this meant some lashes fell out. This mascara costs around £8 which ordinarily I would say is a good price but in this case I think it's a massive rip off considering the mascara is horrible to use and ineffective. I know a lot of people love this mascara so I feel reluctant to rule it out altogether because it may just be that it really didn't suit me. But personally, I hated it...
Mascara is something that I use on a daily basis and I never go longer than 3 months without needing to buy a new mascara because I wear it frequently. On occasion I have been known to run out after just 2 months and this mascara is one that was given to me at Christmas by my sister. Because I had several other unopened mascaras that I had picked up at various times I only started using this in June when we went to a friends wedding. I have now finished this mascara, only just, so figured this would be as good a time as any to write a review! Mascara is something that can be very hit and miss and as such it can be difficult switching to a new brand when you find one that you love. Sometimes a mascara I love is discontinued or drastically increases in price and this is often when I look to change my mascara. However this mascara decision was completely influenced by my sister and then by my want to try something special for my friends wedding. This mascara can be picked up from Boots for £8.99 each or by using 899 points but as I received mine as a gift I am not sure exactly how much was paid for my mascara but I presume it to be much less than this judging from the sheer amount of different gifts that I received in my hamper last Christmas. I have very sensitive skin and like most people who suffer my eyes are particularly sensitive so I am always cautious when trying out a new product. I did trial this the day before my friends wedding to check if I was going to have any reaction to this and when I had no problems I proceeded with wearing this on a daily basis sometimes re-applying several times a day for the past two months or so. I have suffered absolutely no soreness, redness or weeping from my eyes while wearing this mascara, even when I have accidentally gone to bed (intoxicated!) while still wearing this and slept right through until lunchtime the following day. This mascara comes in a strong tube that is chunky and solid. When this mascara is in my make-up bag I never have any worries about it becoming damaged when my handbag gets knocked about. The wand is simple to remove with a standard mascara twist action allowing me to remove it. The wand, as with most mascaras, is attached to the end of the tube and this allows for a good leverage when adding more mascara to the brush although one or two pumps is all that should be used when applying mascara to the wand to prevent bacteria and air entering the mascara and causing unsanitary conditions or the mascara to dry out. The mascara wand itself is a fantastic size an even amount of bristles that then become shorter in length towards the tip of the wand. This means that application to any area of my eye lashes is very simple as there are longer bristles or shorter ones for getting closer to either corner of my eye. When I first remove the pump I almost always find that there is enough mascara to completely cover the eyelashes on one of my eyes. I then just pump the wand once and have sufficient mascara to completely cover the eyelashes on my other eye. This is great as in the past I have found that I have to pump the wand numerous times and this is a downfall for me as it means I waste more time applying mascara and potentially add more bacteria or air to the mascara tube also. I have eyelashes that are very dark but not necessarily very long, also I have one or two bald areas after I had eyelash extensions only to find that they did not really agree with me and instead pulled out some of my eyelashes upon removal. Because of this I am always looking for a mascara that can not only thicken my lashes but also space them out better helping me disguise those bald patches and this false lash effect mascara has been absolutely fantastic. My lashes look even darker than normal and the length is significantly improved. I love the extra volume that my lashes get and the bristles on the wand are fantastic at helping to space my lashes and ensure that I do not suffer from any clumps. My eyelashes do not dramatically lengthened and my husband complimented them when I asked him if my make-up looked good for work on the day I first tried this mascara out. This is despite me wearing make-up every day and him usually just remarking that I look lovely. My lashes really do stand out and sometimes if I apply two coats of this they are so long that I can feel them knocking against my glasses if I wear them too high on my nose. Now this might sound like a downfall but it isn't as I love long eyelashes and I really do feel confident and happy after using this mascara. When it came to removing this mascara I found it just as easy to remove as any other using my Champneys cleansing products or even a different brand of make-up wipes. I have had no problems taking this off and on the one or two occasions I've accidentally gone to sleep in it I have only had a minor case of panda eye and the majority of the mascara has still been on my eyelashes and not all down my face. I would definitely recommend this and if my current stock of mascara depletes and I need a new one then perhaps I will buy this one again, despite what I feel is a slightly high price of £9.00. 5/5 from me and a firm recommendation!
