Advantages: Can be used quickly and easily and creates a fell set of well defined lashes.

Disadvantages: Abit messy, no replacement for false lashes!

I have the black version of this mascara and i really rate it! i wouldnt quite say its an alternative to false lashes like maxfactor are claiming, but its great for quick, natural looking, seperated lashes as only one coat is enough to provide this, and with a few more it creates the look of a really full set of lashes, however it does lack my desired look of clearly defined long black lashes, so in my opinion this mascara really shines when its used in combination with another that specialises in dark and defined lashes, i personally use l'oreals telescopic carbon black, which when used in combination with the false lash effect mascara it really does give a great set off indivual, long, and full impact lashes! I have to say though, this mascara is quite messy, am constantly covering my eyelids with it, especially near my eyebrows, however all in all this is an impresseive mascara, which is great for quick application for medium impact or taking your time and getting a brilliant set of lashes! Great value for money at £7.99!

Summary: A great mascara for quick use, as well as creating great lashes when used in combination!
