This lip gloss is a 2 in 1 product and saves you buying a lip stain and lip gloss separately. Saving you money and space! By twisting off each transparent tube, allowing you to see the colour and how much product you have left, a doe foot applicator is revealed. For £9.99 , a high price for a drugstore lip gloss, you get 2 x 3ml lip glosses/ lipsticks. Be aware, Max Factor products are often on offer so make sure that if you do wish to buy this, you wait for the better deal.

According to the boots website, there are 6 different colour combinations that are available. The one that I own is 500 shimmering pink. A bright pink colour stain ( Step 1 ) and a light pearly pink gloss ( Step 2).
The colour ( Step 1), even without a balm underneath, applies evenly and easily. Although it is tacky whilst drying, which takes approximately a minute, it appears matte and could be worn on its own.
I then follow with the Gloss ( Step 2). This leaves your lips smooth, moisturized and glossy without being sticky. It also tastes and smells great.

As for lasting power, I wouldn't say that this would last as it initially looks for 10 hours, but I did find that this stayed on for over an hour still looking glossy, which doesn't usually happen with products I use.
Overall I think that this is work every penny and every woman's handbag should home one of these, they are perfectly versatile for day and night wear!
