I started new job a couple of years and decided I wanted a more professional make-up look and would spend a bit more on products.

I also thought, I should stop reapplying lipstick at my desk and it annoyed re-applying after almost every drink, especially, as I drink about a litre and a half of water every day, as air-conditioned offices are so dehydrating.

I decided to try Lipfinity, when it came out. £10 seemed an awful lot to spend on a lipstick, but it is so worth it!

It really is like a paint, which I find you need to leave to dry a couple of minutes, before applying the top-coat to get the full long-lasting effect. It is amazing how long it stays on, I usually just re-apply the top coat, to stop my lips getting dry.

I do suffer from dry skin and I think that longer lasting lipsticks tend to be quite drying (for instance I have got a Revlon Colorstay Overtime, which is quite drying), but I don't find this with lipfinity and anyway, you can apply a bit of lipbalm over the top, no probs.

The only drawback to me, is that I had trouble finding natural looking colours in the range, but there is more choice eith the Reflections range, as well, I am planning to try 'Bronzed' in the next few days for a summery look. I have also found, if you put it on your bottom lip and then press your lips together, the clour will look less dark.

Delicieuse is the colour I wear for every day, it is a pinkish - brown colour and I have also got number 16 from Reflections (I'm not sure of the name), which I use for evenings, it a deeper pink-red.

Trouble is, I never want to use my lipsticks, because they never last half as long! It is really good for a date, you can look beautiful all night!
