This is the first minerals based foundation that I have used however it is not the first max factor product. The product promised a new mineral foundation that would build coverage and whilst smoothing my imperfections and providing me with a 'healthy glow'. Unfortunately for me the foundation simply did not work. I have fair ...  Read the complete review

Hurray for soft make-up brushes and hats off to Max Factor for providing a really beautifully soft sable-type application brush with their Natural Minerals Foundation rang! The downfall of so many mineral powder products, in my experience, is the inclusion of brushes that are horribly harsh on the face. Max Factor is one of the companies who have ...  Read the complete review

I got this as a present from my mum after reading all about natural mineral make up. I have the number 40 creamy ivory version and it is a pretty good product. There are multiple other shades avaliable though to match most skin tones, this is one of the palest available. I don't really use foundation or anything so when I first got this ...  Read the complete review

A while ago there was a lot of fuss made about powder based foundations and there were two main reasons I decided join the craze. The first being the promise that it is more gentle on skin, as it allows the skin to breath more freely and prevents pores from becoming clogged, thus making it more suited to oily skin, though if your skin is very oily ...  Read the complete review

A while back I reviewed L'Oreal mineral foundation and I really liked it and how the whole minerals effect worked. I had originally intended to by this one, the Max-Factor Natural Minerals but that day they did not have it in stock and so I chose L'Oreal. Recently though, I had a Boots voucher for my birthday and if I bought two items from Max ...  Read the complete review

I like wearing mineral foundation during the day because it is light and sheer, and quick to apply in the mornings. I ran out and picked this up from Tesco. Not cheap at £12. I was really dissappointed. For some reason Maxfactor have decided to make this powder sparkly! I didn't notice when it was still in the packaging. I have oily skin with ...  Read the complete review

I bought this product from Boots last week. I'm unfortunate enough to suffer from hormonal breakouts on my face and wanted a foundation which would be light and non-aggrivating to my skin. As a fan of Max Factor products, Natural Minerals seemed the perfect choice. The testers were in tiny pots with limited colour choice. As they were ...  Read the complete review

Being the lazy type I had been using powder-foundation combinations months before Max Factor launched their product. They are time saving and yield decent results considering the minimal amount of effort needed to apply them. When I first saw the powder advertised on television I was struck by the professional appearance portrayed and thought that ...  Read the complete review
