I bought this in Boots as I needed some blusher but they had run out of my favourite 'Dream Matte Mousse' blush so i had to find a replacement brand that would work just as well.

When I first saw the price of around £6, I thought it was pretty expensive as the pot is really quite tiny but went ahead with it anyway as I had used the same brand of foundation and thought it was great. I opted for the 'soft copper' shade as it is a slightly browny hue of pink, as I really hate the sugary/bright pinks because they seem so unflattering and harsh against my skin tone.

The product itself definitely does have a surprising consistency as it looks and feels more like a lipbalm and I was worried that it would be very greasy and difficult to rub into my skin. However, it actually did sink in and blend on top of my foundation surprisingly well and I also only really needed a tiny amount as the colour was quite strong- which is probably why it comes in such a small package.

The packaging is very small like I said before and actually reminds me of those cheapy little 'Miss Sporty' eyeshadows I used to use in my early teens (and of course thought they looked awesome at the time and cringe at the thought of using them now...) The good thing about the product is that because it is small it fits so nicely into my makeup bag and even goes in my purse its that small (I reckon its no bigger than a couple of £2 coins.) The packaging does look a bit cheap and tacky though and as I am paying over £6 for this product I would expect a more professional, trendy packaging rather than just a uninspiring lump of mass produced plastic!

I find with this product that I have to use my finger to rub it in to get the best looking results as the strange consistency means that using a sponge just doesn't pick up the colour as well.
