WHAT IS IT?

Nail varnish by Max Factor.  Nailfinity nail varnish is available in lots of different colours and it is very often in the small beauty bags that Max Factor offer, in the beauty bags you will get mini bottles of Nailfinity in all of the latest colours. 

APPLICATION

Nailfinity nail varnish is very easy to apply because it dries quickly and the brush is short.  The brush does not fan out at all so it is easy to get a tidy finish on all of my nails.  It depends on what shade you are using for how many coats you have to use, today I am wearing a blue shade called Blue Energy and that needs 2 coats to get the colour as deep as I need it to be but last week I wore a shade that was black with flecks of gold and that only needed 1 coat because it came out of the bottle dark enough. It is quite slow to dry but no slower than a lot of other nail varnishes that I use. 

WHAT I THINK

I like the Nailfinity range of nail varnishes because there are lots of different shades and effects to pick from, Blue Energy is my favourite because it is bright and shiny and makes my nails stand out.  Most of these nail varnishes are glittery after you have applied 2 coats but the lighter ones like the Rose and pearly ones do not have the glitter even though they are all glossy when they have dried. 

The dark colours in the Nailfinity range stain your nails quite badly so you should use a good base before application.  All of these nail varnishes are stubborn to remove and they take a lot more cotton wool pads or balls than any of my other nail varnish, that is strange because it is not a thick polish so I'm surprised it is so hard to remove. 

Nailfinity does not chip very easily and I am glad about that because I like the shades very much and it is good that I do not need to reapply as regularly as with other nail varnishes.  I change my nail colour very regularly but while I was pregnant I used Nailfinity to paint my toenails because I knew it would not chip quickly and I would not have the effort of reapplication. It stays unchipped for at least 4 days on my toes and 3 days on my fingernails but then if I get a little chip it is easy to repair. 

ANYTHING ELSE

The 10ml bottles of Nailfinity cost about £5 and they do not dry up or go sticky.  I do not know if you can buy the mini ones but they are usually included in the beauty bags and that way you get to try shades you wouldn't have picked for yourself.
