Advantages: The best concealer I've ever found

Disadvantages: I wouldn't use it as a foundation

Although it's marketed as a foundation, I use Max Factor Pan-stick as a concealer. It's thick enough to cover a blemish on my eyelid, and makes a great base on which to apply eyeshadow. I also use it sparingly under my eyes to mask any dark circles.

I've tried other concealers and none of them do the job as well as this product.

It comes in a navy blue tube, and there is a round disk at the base that pushes the stick up when you wind it. It's quite a thick oval (rather than round) tube, and it's easy to use.

I tend just to pull the top off, and put some of the Pan-stick on the tip of my finger. Then I just dab at what I want to conceal and blend it in.

The product is thick, smooth and creamy, and comes in five different shades, so most people would be able to find something that matches their skin tones. I've seen it on sale in Boots and you can also order it from Amazon. Prices range between £5.99 and £6.45, and since I only use it as a concealer, it lasts me a long time. So as far as I'm concerned it's very good value for money.

Summary: A vital ingredient in my makeup kit
