Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara

I had a smile on my face when I got home from work yesterday, as in my usual pile of bills and junk mail I had a small package awaiting me. I knew I want expecting anything so I opened it rather quickly to see what was inside. I was quite chuffed to say it was brand new mascara from Maybelline. Ironically the same 'Colossal' one I was planning to treat myself too in the next few weeks. Obviously I signed up to something previously and hey, a nice little gift though the post. Thank you! For me, one of the first things I notice about people is their eyes. You can tell a lot about someone from their eyes and as a girl I like to use dramatic eye make-up to exaggerate the eye area and play around with lots of different coloured eye shadows and creams. When the dog ate my Dior mascara, it's fair to say I was pretty upset with her. It has been my favourite, and now I couldn't afford to pay £20 to replace it. So, armed with my trusty Advantage card I headed to Boots, to buy my budget favourite mascara, Maybelline Great Lash. However, they had none of this left and so in desperation I picked up Colossal Volum' Express - partly because it was reduced to £1 off making it £5.99 and partly because it was bright and pretty! I only recently tried Maybelline's Colossal Volum' Express Mascara when a friend recommend it to me. My favourite part of my make up routine is my eyes so a mixture of a good shade of eyeshadow, eyeliner and finally a good mascara is essential. Over the years I have generally stuck to Rimmel mascara, obviously trying each new product but I have to admit Im glad a found Maybelline's 'Colossal'. Maybelline have entered the forum of collagen-enhanced, volumising mascaras with Collasal Volum' Express - packaged in a striking, wasp yellow tube this one is a standout product on the shelves and in your make-up bag. The mascara costs around £7 and is available in any high street chemist or supermarket, maintaining a reasonable price point as it is not in the premium make-up category. However, don't let this put you off, as I believe Colossal Volum does deliver good results.
