Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara

I had a smile on my face when I got home from work yesterday, as in my usual pile of bills and junk mail I had a small package awaiting me. I knew I want expecting anything so I opened it rather quickly to see what was inside. I was quite chuffed to say it was brand new mascara from Maybelline. For me, one of the first things I notice about people is their eyes. You can tell a lot about someone from their eyes and as a girl I like to use dramatic eye make-up to exaggerate the eye area and play around with lots of different coloured eye shadows and creams. I only recently tried Maybelline's Colossal Volum' Express Mascara when a friend recommend it to me. My favourite part of my make up routine is my eyes so a mixture of a good shade of eyeshadow, eyeliner and finally a good mascara is essential. Maybelline have entered the forum of collagen-enhanced, volumising mascaras with Collasal Volum' Express - packaged in a striking, wasp yellow tube this one is a standout product on the shelves and in your make-up bag. The mascara costs around £7 and is available in any high street chemist or supermarket, maintaining a reasonable price point as it is not in the premium make-up category. Having purchased several mascaras over the past few months and being dissapointingly unimpressed by all of them (I direct you to my reviews) I had low hopes for this one. But I was really surprised and am so glad I decided to pick one up in a rush through boots one day! The mascara comes in a readily identifiable bright yellow tube - great for those fumbling around the bag moments when you're out on a Saturday night.
