I absolutely hate buying mascara, I always seem to choose the wrong one and normally stick with Rimmel, but I saw this advertised on television ad decided to see if it lives up to its 'Colossal volume, no clumps' claims.
The brush is nice and thick which is quite important for a mascara as this helps to make your lashes look bigger. I like to wear false eyelashes and needed a mascara to make my lashes look good enough so I didn't have to have to hassle of falsies.
I wasn't particularly impressed with this mascara, I know realistically that mascara alone is not going to give you a 'colossal' effect but this was nowhere near. My eyelashes looked short and spidery, it took a good few minutes to dry and had clumps in it, so I had to go over them with an eyelash comb to separate them. I also applied them to my false lashes and usually I never get clumps from any mascara on them but I had a few, very disappointing!
The packaging is eye catching and the tube is a nice shape, but it doesn't really make up for the product.
