DEFINE-itely the perfect mascara! (Maybelline Define-A-Lash)

Advantages: No clumps, stays on for ages, nice brush

Disadvantages: Over-packaged

This mascara has become my favourite by process of elimination: it doesn't have anything particularly wonderful about it, except for not having any of the faults I've found with every other mascara I've ever tried... which I suppose makes it perfect! Maybe it is wonderful after all! It never clumps, it doesn't make my eyes sore, it doesn't flake off, it doesn't smudge, and the brush is just the right size and shape, so the mascara doesn't get all over my face when I put it on! It's a fairly reasonable price as well - great! My only reservation is that it usually comes in a bubble pack, which I think is unnecessary - think of the environment, Maybelline! It comes in two versions Length (green tube) and Volume (pink tube). I started off with the Length one and really liked it, but now that I've tried the Volume one, there'll be no going back! For me, the Volume one has a much more dramatic effect: my lashes look much darker and thicker. Apart from the excess packaging, there is one way I would improve it: more colours! As lovely as black and brown are, I would love to see blue and/or purple available!
